Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai

The story takes place at Shiomi Academy, famous for its library (Daitoshokan). Kyôtaro Kakei, a member of the literature club, likes to visit this library to read in peace. But one day, he meets Tsugumi Shirasaki, a second-year student who claims she can grant people's wishes.
