Un terroriste connu sous le nom de "Teddy Bomber" utilise des explosifs cachés dans des ours en peluche pour faire tomber des gratte-ciels en protestation contre les excès de l'humanité. Spike tente de l'arrêter, mais se retrouve constamment en conflit avec "Cowboy Andy", un autre chasseur de primes qui ressemble bien plus à Spike que l'un ou l'autre ne voudrait l'admettre.
