Chapter 25 — Episode 25

**Beginning:** The episode opens at a maid café where Okabe, Kurisu, Mayuri, and Daru are working together, with Kurisu reluctantly serving customers. The group is in good spirits, though Okabe appears distracted and troubled when Mayuri notices his unease. He deflects, muttering that there is nothing to gain from remembering events from other world lines, and Kurisu quietly acknowledges she intends to forget everything from those timelines. **Middle:** Suzuha suddenly appears at the café, which shocks Okabe — since the time machine does not exist in this world line, her presence should be impossible for another seven years. Okabe speaks with her briefly, confessing that the girl she resembles is a precious friend he expects to see again in seven years. After the encounter, his phone dies and he is left stranded on the highway with only 67 cents. **Finally:** Kurisu tracks Okabe down and finds him collapsed on the roadside. After a tense exchange, Kurisu confesses that in another world line she told him she loved him — and declares she loves him now. Okabe, drawing on his Reading Steiner memories of all the time they spent together across world lines, openly confesses his love in return.
