Hyoga effortlessly defeats multiple opponents at once, impressing everyone present, and Tsukasa acknowledges him as the only true threat among them. Tsukasa then walks with Hyoga and explains his ideology — that the old world was corrupt, with the wealthy exploiting the young, and that this reset world offers a chance to build something better, though Hyoga coldly agrees that "culling" the population is a necessary step. Then, Hyoga leads an attack on Ishigami Village, setting fire to the surrounding area to smoke out the villagers.
